How CPG Automate handles information, and what you should know about what we publish.
CPG Automate, LLC ("CPG Automate," "we," or "us") operates cpgautomate.com. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and a few things you should know about the content on this site. Questions go to info@cpgautomate.com.
Privacy
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on this site, such as the contact form or the readiness check, we collect what you enter. That can include your name, email address, company, approximate revenue, your readiness check answers and score, and anything you write in the message. When you book a call, our scheduling service collects your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and the time you choose. We use this to respond to you, to hold the meeting, and to follow up about our services.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics 4 and Zoho PageSense to understand how the site is used. They record things like pages visited, time on page, device and browser type, approximate location, and how visitors move through a page, including heatmaps and session recordings. Sensitive form input is masked in recordings. We use this to improve the site, not to identify you.
Cookies and your choice
Analytics cookies load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. If you reject them, the site works the same. You can change your choice at any time through the banner or your browser settings.
Business contact information
We contact some businesses that have not contacted us first. For that we use business contact details, such as a name, job title, company and work email address, from commercial business contact data providers and public sources. Every such email identifies us and includes a link to opt out. If you opt out, we stop.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and hold the meetings you book.
- To tell you about our services, where you have asked us to or the law allows it.
- To run, secure and improve this website.
- To keep business records and meet legal obligations.
Use of AI tools
We use AI tools in our business, including to help organize and draft replies to inquiries. A person reviews anything that goes out and is accountable for it. We do not use information you give us to train AI models. More on our approach is on the How We Use AI page.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with the service providers that run this site and our business, and only for that purpose: Zoho (CRM, Bookings, PageSense, Mail), Google (Analytics), our website host, and the AI service providers we use. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
Where it is stored
Our service providers store information in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and contact records while there is a business relationship or a reasonable prospect of one, then delete or anonymize them. Analytics data is kept under the retention settings of the analytics tools. Information you ask us to delete is deleted unless we have to keep it by law.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be exposed.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it, by emailing info@cpgautomate.com. You can opt out of our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state's or country's privacy law, and we will honor requests that apply to us.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Content on this site, including the blog, the readiness check and any downloads, is general information. It is not legal, regulatory, quality, financial or tax advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Advice for your business is given only under a signed engagement.
Readiness check results
The readiness check score is a quick indicator based only on your answers. It is not an assessment of your operation and does not predict results.
No guaranteed results
Examples, figures and outcomes described on this site show what is possible. They are not a promise of what you will get.
Regulatory compliance stays with you
We help manufacturers operating under FDA and GMP requirements such as 21 CFR Part 111. Meeting those requirements remains the responsibility of your business and your quality unit. We do not certify compliance.
Client engagement data
Information you share during a paid engagement, including engagement assessments, is covered by the agreements we sign with you, not by this page.
No paid recommendations
No vendor pays us a referral, affiliate or reseller fee. When we recommend a product, it is because we think it fits.
Trademarks
Product and company names on this site, such as Zoho, Google and the AI platforms we discuss, belong to their owners. Naming them does not mean they endorse us or that we are affiliated with them.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Their content and privacy practices are their own.
