Your SOPs, turned into AI skills your team uses today.

Your SOPs already hold the steps. We turn them into AI skills: the steps, plus the right tool at each step. A prompt gets you an answer. A skill gets the job done the way your plant does it.

The idea

A skill is a work instruction
with a shadow board.

An SOP tells a person what to do. A skill tells the AI what to do, step by step, and hands it the right tool at each step: your forms, your part names, your rules. Steps without the tools, and the AI guesses. Tools without the steps, and it does not know where to start. A skill gives it both.

What you get
An SOP CheckEvery step, rule, role and gap we read from your SOP, each line ready to approve, edit, retire or add to.
Five AI filesA skill file, instructions, a flowchart and a Read me first with install steps, once you confirm.

How it works
1
Upload
A PDF, a Word file or photos of the page. Reading takes a few minutes, and you can leave the screen while it works.
2
Check
Work through the SOP Check. Nothing goes into the skill that you did not approve.
3
Download and use
Download the files and follow the install steps. Your team can use it the same day.
Let's be clear

What this is not.

What it costs
Start with two SOPs of up to 3 pages each, free, with no card. Then buy SOP credits as you need them. Credits are used only when you confirm an SOP Check, and they stay in your account.
