What it costs
Paid Support (pay as you go): $80 an hour, prepaid, used in 15 minute steps, and hours keep for 6 months after purchase. Premium Support: 10 hours a month for $550, which works out to $55 an hour. It renews monthly on the date you buy, unused hours carry forward and expire 90 days after they are added, and you can cancel any time in your account.
