How it works

Team Calibration first
Each person in the group completes Team Calibration, then you order the training.

Onboarding form
A short form about your business and what you need. It saves as you go.

30 minute pre-planning meeting
We go through your answers together and agree the plan.

Follow up questions, if any
Anything we still need comes to you as a few short questions.

Training session
Live and remote, hands on, on your own work, planned from each person's results.
What it costs
Available once each person has completed Team Calibration ($50 per person). Larger groups are welcome.
Groups up to 3
From $80 an hour
  • Groups up to 3: from $80 an hour
  • Groups of 4 to 8: add $40 per extra person per hour
  • More than 8: book a discovery call
